Knuckle Sandwich

Knuckle Sandwich, or a proverbial punch to the mouth. The term is often used as a taunt by someone who is threatening to punch another. For example: "I'll give you a knuckle sandwich!" When taunting, an action is often made with the taunter's hands, pounding a fist into their other open hand, as if punching the one who is being taunted. If the taunter is really angry, they will grind the fist into the open hand for added effect.
